Facial or Massage Treatment 

Enjoy a rejuvenating facial or massage with the Naturopathica skilled therapists.  Using botanical-based techniques, this treatment nourishes the skin, relieve stress and restore balance-- leaving you refreshed and renewed. 

Guided Mindfulness Experience

The calming session combines meditation, visualization, and journaling to support relaxation and intention-setting.  Anchored by the chng+crw lotion candle and lavender restorative mask, to create a sensory journey rooted in grounding, relaxation and joy.  Please Note: For visualization with the chng+crw lotion candle, inform your facilitator of any allergies to: coconut soy wax blend, coconut oil, avocado oil, babassu oil and vitamin e fragrance.

Steam/Sauna Therapy 

  • Total session is 30 minutes.
  • Locker rooms are available for securely storing your belongings. 
  • Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. 
  • Mens and womens sessions are held separately. 
  • Feel free to stay in your sauna/steam attire with robes and slippers for other sessions. 
  • Your therapist will guide you to the next session or if this is your last session dress when you're ready. 

 Cool Down & Hydrate

  • Rest in between the steam and sauna, or after you’re done with both, to allow your body to adjust.  
  • Rehydrate with water to replenish fluids.
  • Listen to Your Body If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, exit the steam room or sauna immediately.

Suggested Self-Guided Sessions for Steam & Sauna Sessions

Steam Session

1. Box Breathing for Calmness Inhale for four counts, hold for four counts, exhale for four counts, and pause for four counts. Repeat this cycle four times or until you feel in sync with your breath, clearing your mind.

2. Affirmations for Relaxation Let these affirmations bring you into relaxation, grounding your mind and releasing tension with each breath.  "I am calm." "I release tension." "I embrace stillness." "Peace fills me." "I let go of stress." "I trust my healing."

3. Body Scan for Awareness

  • Settle In: Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
  • Body Scan: Slowly scan your body from head to toe, noticing areas of tension or relaxation. Focus on how your body feels in the steam, moving through each area: head and neck, shoulders and arms, chest and abdomen, back, hips, and legs.
  • Release Tension: With each exhale, gently relax any tense muscles.
  • Gentle Movement: If tension persists, gently stretch or move the area within a comfortable range.

Sauna Session
1. Focus on slow, deep breaths Inhale deeply, hold, then exhale slowly. Feel tension melt with each breath. Continue for a few minutes, focusing on your body’s sensations.

2. Gentle Stretch & Release In the sauna, gently stretch your body—roll your shoulders, tilt your neck, or extend your legs. Let stress evaporate with each breath, carried away by the heat.

3. End-of-Day Reflection Focus on the sights, sounds, and feelings around you. Let each thought and emotion unfold naturally, without rushing or judging. Just experience the moment.
